Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, baked and peeled
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Grate potatoes and cheese and onion. Mix all ingredients together in small baking dish. Cook at 375° for 30 minutes.
