Ingredients

  • 1 qt. jar
  • 1/2 qt. grapes, lightly crushed
  • 3 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. For each jar, fill half full with grapes; add sugar.
  2. Fill with cold water up to 1 inch from the top of the jar.
  3. Screw new enamal type lids on the jars.
  4. Store in a dark place for 90 days.
  5. Strain the wine.
  6. Chill before serving.
  7. Bottled wine may be stored; the longer it sets, the better it gets.
