Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. savory
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together and shape into patties.
  2. Melt margarine and add beaten egg.
  3. Dip patties into egg and margarine mixture.
