Instructions
- Brown cubes in butter.
- Add garlic and pearl onions; brown again with meat for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add peppers (red and black); paprika can be substituted if you don't want it spicy.
- Add allspice, cinnamon, salt and 4 cups of water.
- (All spices are by taste, vary amounts as needed.)
- Cook for 3 hours over medium-low heat until meat is very tender.
