Ingredients

  • 1 box cherry jello
  • 1 box orange jello
  • 1 box lime jello
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix each box of jello (cherry, orange, and lime) with 1 1/2 cups hot water; let set until firm.
  2. Heat pineapple juice and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add lemon jello; cool until syrupy.
  4. Fold the lemon mixture into whipped cream.
  5. Cube the set jello and fold into the whipped cream mixture.
  6. Make a graham cracker crust and press into the bottom of a spring-form pan.
  7. Pour the gelatin mixture into the pan over the crust.
  8. Top with some of the graham cracker crust crumbs.
  9. Chill the cake for 24 hours before serving.
