Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs, beaten well
  • 2/3 lb. sharp cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 2/3 lb. bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 bunches green onion with tops, chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon slightly in skillet.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour into skillet.
  3. Stir bacon into mixture.
  4. Cover pan. Bake in oven for 3/4 to 1 hour at 350° or until inserted knife comes out clean.
  5. Do not overcook.
  6. Cut in approximately 2-inch squares.
  7. Best when eaten warm, but also good cold.
  8. Place leftovers in refrigerator.
