Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • parsley to taste
  • 1/4 lb. prosciutto, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place one slice of prosciutto and one slice of tomato on each piece of bread.
  2. Top with a slice of cheese and a sprinkle of parsley.
  3. Place the assembled bread slices on a cookie sheet.
  4. Broil until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
