Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag of frozen peas
  • 2 slice prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese or feta
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook peas as directed.
  2. Crisp prosciutto.
  3. Toss all ingredients.
  4. Enjoy!
