Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

  • Something for a pizza crust, either pre-baked or dough
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 oz. prosciutto, diced
  • 4 oz. mozzarella, grated

Instructions

  1. Saut the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the pepper, cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until the onions are caramelized.
  3. Spread mixture out over the pizza crust; add prosciutto, cheese and rosemary.
  4. Bake in 400° oven 30 minutes if using a raw crust, 15-20 minutes if pre-baked.
