Prosciutto Pizza

Instructions
- Saut the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the pepper, cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until the onions are caramelized.
- Spread mixture out over the pizza crust; add prosciutto, cheese and rosemary.
- Bake in 400° oven 30 minutes if using a raw crust, 15-20 minutes if pre-baked.
