Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Fill the empty pumpkin can with evaporated milk, then add regular milk to fill the can.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, pumpkin mix, cinnamon, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
