Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • 1 beaten egg
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli, drain, and place in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the mushroom soup and shredded cheese until well blended.
  3. Add the milk, salad dressing, and beaten egg to the soup mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the broccoli in the baking dish.
  5. Combine the bread crumbs and melted oleo, then sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
