Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, salt and spices in a small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl and stir in the cooked pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk. Pour into the pie shell.
