Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/3 tsp. cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together:
  2. milk, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, eggs, and pumpkin.
  3. Then add 1/2 pkg. cake mix, oleo and nuts.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
