Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 13 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 14 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over high heat, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the salt and oats.
  3. Cook, stirring, for 90 seconds.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in the pumpkin mixture.
