Ingredients

  • 1 large banana blossom, heart (peeled, cored, boiled, julienne and drained)
  • 1 big red onion (sliced into rings)
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly grounded)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup coconut cream

Instructions

  1. In a wooden or crystal bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve freshly made or chilled.
