Ingredients

  • 4 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 lb. claw crab meat
  • 3 to 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Parboil the diced potatoes until tender.
  2. Add one can of water to each can of vegetarian vegetable soup to dilute them.
  3. Bring the soup mixture to a boil.
  4. Add Old Bay seasoning, crab meat, and cooked potatoes to the boiling soup.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or more, until flavors meld.
