Crab Shell

Ingredients

  • 2 lb crabmeat
  • 4 or 5 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the crabmeat, flour, half and half, and cheeses together.
  2. Place the mixture in a buttered dish or individual shell dishes, or spray with Pam.
  3. Crush Pepperidge Farm dressing and sprinkle on top of the mixture.
  4. Add melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
