Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • nonstick spray
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray the bottom of a skillet with nonstick spray and heat it.
  2. Beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet.
  3. Add cheese and any other desired ingredients to the center of the eggs.
  4. Cook until the eggs are mostly set, then fold the omelet in half using a spatula.
  5. Place the folded omelet on a plate and top with cheese.
  6. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes until the cheese melts and the omelet is cooked through.
