Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. salted cashew nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat brown sugar and margarine together.
  2. Add dark corn syrup, vanilla, and eggs.
  3. Beat until well mixed.
  4. Stir in chopped salted cashew nuts.
  5. Pour into a chilled, unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
