Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked apples

Instructions

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients.
  2. Dough will be stiff.
  3. Pat in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
  4. Spread apples on dough.
