Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fillet (orange roughy)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen fish if using frozen fillet.
  2. Dip the fish in a mixture of salt, grated onion, salad oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Roll the coated fish in crushed corn flakes.
  4. Arrange the coated fish on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 500°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve hot.
