Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and
  2. drain.
  3. Add
  4. seasonings
  5. and onions and add corn and tomatoes.
  6. Bring to boil. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread cornbread
  7. topping
  8. over
  9. meat
  10. mixture.
  11. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
