Ingredients

  • 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. reduced fat Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 lb. ziti or other pasta you like
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, Ricotta cheese and pepper in blender until smooth.
  2. Cook pasta; drain.
  3. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Stir in Ricotta mixture; top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Broil 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
