Ingredients

  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 1 c. mixed candied fruit
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine Bisquick and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add orange juice and beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until blended.
  3. Fold in raisins, candied fruit, and slivered almonds.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
