Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1 cup water
  • vanilla flavoring
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, Crisco, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the Bisquick mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Combine peaches with 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Spread the peach mixture over the Bisquick batter in the baking dish.
  6. Cut up the stick of butter and place pieces on top of the peach layer.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
