Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 stick margarine, sliced
  • 16 oz. brick extra sharp cheese, sliced
  • milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked macaroni and sliced extra sharp cheese in a 4-quart round casserole dish, starting with macaroni and ending with cheese.
  2. Pour milk over the layered ingredients until just visible.
  3. Cover the casserole dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) until the cheese on top is brown.
