Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

  1. In a 4-cup glass measure, blend the condensed Cheddar cheese soup and milk; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Add garlic powder and nutmeg; stir to blend.
  3. Blend in Swiss cheese.
  4. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve immediately.
