Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chicken strips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • Linguine for 4
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Prepare linguine according to the package directions.
  2. Cut chicken breast strips into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Brown the chicken in a skillet with margarine.
  4. Add diced Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup; stir until well combined.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until chicken is tender, stirring often.
