- Brown beef and onion.
- Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.
- Cover; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; serve.
- Goes well with side salad with Ranch dressing and hot corn bread.
