Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease baking sheets.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto prepared baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and transfer from baking sheets immediately.
  7. Cool on racks before serving.
