Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, warm water, evaporated milk, salt, melted butter, and flour until smooth.
  2. Cut butter and flour together until the mixture resembles beans.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix with a spatula just until the flour is moist. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 4 days.
