Quick Date- Fruit- Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 12 cup rolled oats ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon walnut pieces ⓘ
- 13 cup fruit (cube the fruit. I like to use blueberries or apples) or 13 cup berries (cube the fruit. I like to use blueberries or apples) ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons dates (pitted and chopped) ⓘ
- sea salt ⓘ
- 3 pinches cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed ⓘ
- 1 cup hot water ⓘ
Instructions
- Boil water in a kettle
- Put every thing in a single serving size bowl
- Once water is boiled add it to bowl of ingredients
- Stir then cover with a plate or towel.
- Let sit till the oats have absorbed most of the water.
- Stir several times and enjoy.
