Quick, Easy & Delicious Taco Soup

- In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, brown ground beef. Chop onion and pepper, add to pan to saute until tender (about 5 min). Drain excess fat in colander and return meat, onion and peppers to pan.
- Add remaining ingredients straight from the cans. Use one soup can to add water. Add taco seasoning. Stir well and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add grated cheese and/or a dollop of sour cream on top in each bowl. Serve with corn chips. ENJOY.
