Quick, Easy & Delicious Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Medium Onion
  • 1 whole Small Bell Pepper
  • 1 can Beef Broth
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Pork-n-beans (reg)
  • 1 can Water
  • 1 package Favorite Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, brown ground beef. Chop onion and pepper, add to pan to saute until tender (about 5 min). Drain excess fat in colander and return meat, onion and peppers to pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients straight from the cans. Use one soup can to add water. Add taco seasoning. Stir well and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add grated cheese and/or a dollop of sour cream on top in each bowl. Serve with corn chips. ENJOY.
