Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • filet of fish

Instructions

  1. Saute diced onion and celery in margarine until tender.
  2. Add fish filet and cook until done.
  3. Pour in potato soup and milk, then heat until hot, but do not boil.
