Hot Shrimp Pockets combine creamy cheeses, diced chilies, and tender shrimp served in toasted rolls, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or casual snack with a spicy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 small can diced Ortega chilies
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 kaiser rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 can small shrimp

Instructions

  1. Mix together cottage cheese, diced Ortega chilies, chopped green onions, cream cheese, and small shrimp until well combined.
  2. Slice the kaiser rolls in half and hollow out a small space in the center of each.
  3. Fill each roll with the shrimp mixture.
  4. Bake or serve immediately if desired, or chill for later serving.
