Quick Fix Banana Nut Bread

- In a blender, put banana(s), shortening, egg, baking powder, salt and milk.
- Pour into a mixing bowl; gradually add flour.
- Add nuts.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- It is best if you let set for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- It is done when top is dry and cracked.
- Remove from pan onto a cooling rack.
- Let cool before cutting.
