Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
  • 1/2 to 1 soup can of water or milk

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Return the cooked beef to the skillet.
  3. Add the cream soup and water or milk to the skillet.
  4. Cook on low to medium heat, stirring until well blended and heated through.
  5. Serve over bread, toast, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
