Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • green beans (canned or fresh, cut)
  • Tater Tots
  • onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef as you would for a meatloaf.
  2. Place the seasoned beef mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Spread the mushroom soup evenly over the beef.
  4. Add a layer of cut green beans on top of the soup.
  5. Cover the green beans with a layer of Tater Tots.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle chopped onions over the Tater Tots.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
