Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon until combined and very stiff.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and oil your hands well.
  3. Take a large spoonful of dough, roll it into a ball with your oiled hands, and place it in the oiled skillet.
  4. Repeat with the remaining dough until the skillet is filled with biscuits.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
