Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Chill the evaporated milk in an ice cube tray until almost frozen at the edges.
  2. Put the ice-cold milk into a cold small bowl of an electric mixer.
  3. Chill the beaters of the mixer and whip the milk until fluffy on high speed.
  4. Add sugar and Kool-Aid to the whipped milk.
  5. Whip until the mixture is stiff.
  6. Freeze in a 1-quart ice cube tray until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
