Quick Ice Cream

- Chill the evaporated milk in an ice cube tray until almost frozen at the edges.
- Put the ice-cold milk into a cold small bowl of an electric mixer.
- Chill the beaters of the mixer and whip the milk until fluffy on high speed.
- Add sugar and Kool-Aid to the whipped milk.
- Whip until the mixture is stiff.
- Freeze in a 1-quart ice cube tray until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
