  • 2 Tbsp. no salt ketchup
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth jar or small bowl.
  2. Mix vigorously with a fork or wire whisk until yogurt, ketchup, and honey are well blended.
  3. Chill.
