Instructions
- Lightly spray a small shallow glass dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle half the crumbs into the dish.
- Mix together egg yolks, lime juice, lime peel, and sugar in the top of a double boiler over boiling water.
- Stir occasionally until thick.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Add yogurt and whipped cream to the cooled lime mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the crumbs in the dish.
- Top with remaining crumbs.
- Cover and freeze until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
