Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can beer

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend self-rising flour, sugar, and beer together well until smooth.
  3. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
