- green peppers into 1/2 inch strips; cook and stir in oil

- large skillet until meat loses red color. Stir in water, gravy

- and soy sauce.
- Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes until
- tender,
- stirring
- occasionally.
- Onion may also be used.
