Quick Pepper Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. cubed steak
  • 5 green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut steak and
  2. green peppers into 1/2 inch strips; cook and stir in oil
  3. in
  4. large skillet until meat loses red color. Stir in water, gravy
  5. mix
  6. and soy sauce.
  7. Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes until
  8. tender,
  9. stirring
  10. occasionally.
  11. Onion may also be used.
