Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2.5 c. unbleached flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. When moistened, stir in honey, salt, and flours.
  3. Knead the dough for about 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle fine cornmeal on two cookie sheets.
  5. Roll out the dough onto the sheets.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
