Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can creamed yellow corn
  • 5 large potatoes or 1 box mashed potato mix

Instructions

  1. Cook and mash potatoes with butter and milk or prepare mashed potato mix with butter and milk.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Pour the cooked ground beef into a baking dish.
  5. Cover the beef with mashed potato mixture.
  6. Spread creamed yellow corn over the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F, covered with foil.
  8. Remove foil and serve.
