Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 cups very warm water
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 4 cups self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into greased muffin pans.
  3. Do not let the dough rise in the pans.
  4. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
  5. Dough can be stored in the fridge for several days.
  6. Do not stir the dough when removed from the fridge.
  7. Bake as directed when ready to use.
