Quick Swiss Quiche

- In blender container, combine eggs, milk, butter, biscuit mix, salt and pepper.
- Blend for a few seconds.
- Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, onion and herbs. Bake at 350° (325° for glass pan) for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
- Serves 4 to 6.
