Quickie Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 bag egg noodles or linguine

Instructions

  1. Use 1-quart saucepan.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add black pepper.
  4. Scoop in sour cream using medium to low heat to blend.
  5. When heated add cheese.
  6. Stir frequently.
  7. Start to cook pasta before you add cheese to sour cream.
  8. All of this takes less than 1/2 hour. Tossed salad on side is nice.
