Quickie Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream soup (chicken, celery, etc.)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 2 c. crushed cereal (e.g. corn flakes, Rice Krispies)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Top with cereal, then pour over melted butter.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly in center.
  5. Serves 10 to 12.
